We’re able to offer a range of on-site chemical cleaning solutions for the de-scaling of heat exchangers, including pipework, manufacturing rolls, and presses. Chemical cleaning can be utilised to improve your heat exchangers efficiency, or prior to inspection and NDT testing.
We can also strip, clean, and inspect plate heat exchangers in situ where possible. This can help to minimise down time for production, and reduce disruption to your workforce.
All of our cleaning solutions can be carried out as a standalone service, or combined with a full heat exchanger service.
For removal of rust, paint, biological matters, and fat from heat exchangers and related equipment.
Only recommended for troublesome tasks, ideal for the removal of debris and other foreign objects.
Our specialist machinery ensures you get the best result every time!
We offer an ultrasonic cleaning service that will remove oil, carbon deposits, limescale, and rust from numerous types of heat exchangers, engine parts, valves and filters.
We use highly concentrated liquid cleaning agents designed specifically for the manual removal of oil, grease, wax or other contaminants from the surfaces.
In addition to the cleaning of heat exchangers, we also offer services for the cleaning of other items such as filters, extraction fans, and specialised production equipment.
We’re specialists in providing full servicing to a range of heat exchangers, both on-site, and in our workshop. We are accustomed to working with strict deadlines, adhering to planned maintenance schedules, and working in major manufacturing plants, and the marine sector.
Our servicing process involves stripping the heat exchanger down to its component parks, cleaning all of said component parts, and visually inspecting the parts to ensure there are no defects or irregularities, and if needed, arrange for an NDT inspection to be completed.
We then assemble all heat exchangers with new gaskets and ‘o’ ring seals, bolting, and any replacement items for those that were identified as defective or worn. Once the heat exchanger has been rebuilt and fully assembled, we perform a pressure test and upon completion provide a test certificate at the point of sale.
As part of our service, we provide a full inspection report, which includes photographic evidence (before and after photos), with recommendations and our findings. We’re able to organise a routine service plan, which can ensure the performance of your heat exchangers year on year, or as part of a periodic inspection requirement.
